The process

I was hired as a UX Designer for User-Centered eLearning to participate this ambitious project. My responsibilities encompassed several key phases:

Surveying Employees: To kickstart the project, we conducted a thorough survey of 770 employees. The objective was to gain insights into their specific learning needs and expectations concerning COVEA's development offerings.

I was hired as a UX Researcher to lead this ambitious project. My responsibilities encompassed several key phases:

Surveying Employees: To kickstart the project, we conducted a survey of 770 employees. The objective was to gain insights into their specific learning needs and expectations concerning COVEA's development offerings.

Creating Personae: Based on the data collected from the employee surveys, we created personas that accurately represented the diverse workforce at Covéa. These personas served as essential reference points throughout the project.

Focus Groups: We conducted three out of four planned focus groups, each targeting specific themes identified through the survey data. These focus groups provided deeper insights into employee perspectives and experiences. I was responsible for organizing, moderating, and analyzing the focus groups, with approximately 6-7 participants in each session. This phase required a range of soft skills, including active listening, empathy, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Recommendation Report: After collecting insights from the focus groups, we compiled a comprehensive report summarizing key findings and recommendations. This report was intended to be shared with Covéas e-learning creators' team and managers.

The outcomes of this project were instrumental in helping COVEA understand the precise needs and preferences of its learners. The key result was the creation of the "e-Learning Bible," a comprehensive guide comprising 20 rules for the optimal design of e-learning modules tailored specifically to meet the needs of Covéa's employees. This document served as a vital resource for improving the overall quality of digital learning experiences within the organization.
